Upfolio使用条款
使用 Upfolio（「本应用」）即表示你同意以下条款。
1. 不是理财建议
本应用是记账和习惯养成工具。等级、攻击力、AI 辨识结果、投资报价都只供参考，不构成任何理财、投资、税务或法律建议。投资报价可能延迟或不准确，请以官方来源为准。
2. 账户
你需要提供有效电邮并保管好密码。你的网上备份是用你的密码加密的：忘记密码会导致备份无法解开。请勿与他人共用账户。
3. 游戏规则与公平
竞技场、排行榜、道具和奖励是游戏内容，规则可能调整。作弊、改动应用、利用漏洞、用多个账户刷奖励，我们可以重置数值、取消奖励或停用账户。
4. 虚拟道具、订阅与付款
- 道具和 Pro 只能在本应用内使用，没有现金价值，不能转让或兑换现金。
- Upfolio Pro 为每月自动续订订阅（「永久去广告」是一次性购买），由 App Store 或 Google Play 收费；请在商店的订阅设定中随时取消，取消后在当期结束前仍可使用。
- 免费试用每个账户只限一次。退款依 Apple / Google 的退款政策处理。
- 优惠码和活动奖励（例如电子钱包充值）以活动公布的条件为准，我们可以修改或结束活动。
5. 广告
免费版含广告。订阅 Pro 期间或购买「永久去广告」后完全没有广告（包括导出 PDF / Excel 前）。看广告领取道具每天有次数限制。
6. 你的内容
你的记录属于你。你同意不上传违法内容，用户名不得冒犯他人或冒充他人。我们对不雅内容零容忍：玩家可以在排行榜检举或隐藏其他玩家，我们会在 24 小时内处理检举，并可修改不当用户名或停用违规账户。
7. 服务变更与中止
我们会尽力维持服务，但不保证不中断。我们可以修改、暂停或结束部分功能，并会尽量提前通知。
8. 责任限制
在法律允许的范围内，本应用依「现状」提供。对于因使用或无法使用本应用造成的间接损失，我们不负责；我们的总责任以你在过去 12 个月内支付给本应用的金额为上限。
9. 删除账户
你可以随时删除账户，方法见删除账户页面。
10. 适用法律
本条款受马来西亚法律管辖。

Terms of Use
By using Upfolio ("the app") you agree to these terms.
1. Not financial advice
The app is a money-tracking and habit tool. Levels, attack, AI readings and investment prices are for reference only and are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Prices may be delayed or inaccurate.
2. Your account
Provide a valid email and keep your password safe. Your cloud backup is encrypted with your password: forgetting it means the backup cannot be decrypted. Do not share your account.
3. Game rules and fair play
The arena, leaderboards, items and rewards are game features and may change. If you cheat, modify the app, exploit bugs or farm rewards with multiple accounts, we may reset stats, cancel rewards or suspend the account.
4. Virtual items, subscriptions and payments
- Items and Pro can only be used in the app, have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
- Upfolio Pro is a monthly auto-renewing subscription ("Remove ads forever" is a one-time purchase) billed by the App Store or Google Play. Cancel any time in the store's subscription settings; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- The free trial is limited to one per account. Refunds follow Apple's or Google's refund policies.
- Coupons and promotional rewards (e.g. e-wallet top-ups) follow the conditions announced with them; we may change or end promotions.
5. Advertising
The free version contains ads. Pro subscribers and players who bought "Remove ads forever" see no ads at all, including before PDF / Excel exports. Ad-rewarded items are limited per day.
6. Your content
Your records belong to you. Do not upload unlawful content; usernames must not offend or impersonate others. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content: players can report or hide other players from the leaderboard, we act on reports within 24 hours, and we may change offending usernames or suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Changes to the service
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change, pause or end features, with notice where possible.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses from using or being unable to use it, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.
9. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time; see the account deletion page.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
