删除你的 Upfolio 账户

方法一：在应用里删除（马上完成）

打开 Upfolio 并登入。
点下方的「背包」→「账户」。
拉到最下面，点「永久删除账户」。
输入密码，勾选「我明白，删除后无法恢复」，按「永久删除」。

方法二：没有应用也能删除

用你注册的电邮寄信到 customer@upfolio.my，标题写「删除账户」，内文写你的用户名。我们会在 7 天内完成删除并回信确认。

会删除的资料

账户（电邮、密码）和用户名
网上的加密备份
排行榜资料、对战记录
Pro / 去广告 / 试用资格、优惠码使用记录、AI 使用次数

以上资料会立即永久删除，系统备份最多在 30 天内清除。装置上的记录在应用内删除时会一起清除；如果你用方法二，请自行移除应用。

注意：删除账户不会自动取消订阅，请到 App Store 或 Google Play 的订阅设定取消。

Delete your Upfolio account

Option 1: in the app (immediate)

Open Upfolio and sign in.
Tap "Bag" → "Account".
Scroll down and tap "Delete account permanently".
Enter your password, tick "I understand this cannot be undone", then tap "Delete forever".

Option 2: without the app

Email customer@upfolio.my from the address you signed up with, subject "Delete account", including your username. We will delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account (email, password) and username
Your encrypted cloud backup
Leaderboard data and battle records
Pro / no-ads / trial status, coupon use and AI use counts

This data is deleted permanently at once; system backups are purged within 30 days. Records on your device are wiped when you delete in the app; with option 2, please uninstall the app yourself.

Note: deleting your account does not cancel subscriptions — cancel them in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
